Question by : What is the best anorexia recovery book?
Please give me your advice! Can you tell me the name of the very best book/books to help me recover from Anorexia?

I don’t have much money to spend. I am an ADULT woman with lifelong anorexia & have relapsed for 2 years now.

Most ED books are targeted at teens, & if possible – I truly need something that also covers adult anorexia. I am also open to workbooks or movies & documentaries.

Please assist! I would appreciate your help more than you will ever know! Thanks much!

that moron doesnt realize people usually think they are fat and become anorexic! ugh hes an idiot he doesnt realize saying that to someone anorexic can kill them! (no offense not just talking about you because your obviously over that and are trying to recover) umm i dont know a book… maybe find a site that helps with tht? im sorry i just saw tht kids comment and thought i needed to say something
